About Brewtime Men's Club
Brewtime Men's club was founded in 2022 by a small group of men in Swansea who had come together to look at peer support for Men that might be struggling with their emotional health.
We are not experts or Mental health professionals but we are guys that have all experienced different challenges in relation to our emotional health and have found that buy coming together for a cuppa we can help reduce some of the isolation and loneliness that is often felt after experiencing poor emotional health.
What do we do
We meet for a brew, we talk and put the world to rights and we help to get each other out of the house for a bit of positivity in the community. It's that simple :)
